Hampton Inn Suites in Swansboro, North Carolina currently under
construction. Master plan in development for adjacent properties.
The neighboring Hampton Inn is now open, and work is underway on the
next phase of Costa Cristal’s development at Ward’s Farm. The rough
framing of the 2 story mixed use building is completed, the project is
taking shape.
Project includes updating the existing facility to the General Motors
Facility Image Design standard. Interior showroom, exterior signage and
building elements to be upgraded.
